RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Our clients' satisfaction is our priority. If your order is not right for you, here is how to return it.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to give a reason.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be accepted, the returned product must be:

In its original condition, unworn and unused
Unwashed and unaltered
Accompanied by all of its original tags
In its original packaging where possible

RETURN PROCEDURE

Email contact@maisonhoyos.com with your order number and the reason for your return
Wait for our confirmation and shipping instructions
Send the product back within 14 days of your notification

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are borne solely by the Customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 31 days using the same payment method as your original order.

NON REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Personalised or made to measure products
Products that have been worn, washed or altered
Products whose tags have been removed

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or non conforming product, please contact us immediately at contact@maisonhoyos.com with photos. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by Maison Hoyos.
