Anja Kossiwakis in Paris
March 2026, Paris Fashion Week. At 57, Anja Kossiwakis, the face of East German fashion covers in the 1980s, makes her Paris runway debut at the United Fashion Designers show, a Maison Hoyos bag in hand. Three German titles told the story of her return. The Maison, for its part, named a bag after her: the Anjas.
